We the undersigned strongly oppose the "Garside Hey Low Traffic Neighbourhood" imposed on us by Bury Council. We demand the removal of the roadblock planters (modal filters) installed on Toon Crescent, Collen Crescent, Birks Drive, Holme Avenue and Boulden Drive.
