Jake Berry MP, as the Chairman of the Northern Research Group is delighted to invite you to attend the first conference of the Northern Research Group which is to be held at Doncaster Racecourse on Friday 17th June, from 9.30am to 5pm.
This event promises to be a watershed moment for the Conservative Party in the North.
It will be a chance for us to come together to shape and define policies that will "level up" our great towns and cities, and I very much hope you will be able to join us.
Over the course of the day, you can expect to see:

- A “State of the North Address” from Ben Houchen, Mayor of the Tees Valley
- NRG Members of Parliament leading members policy sessions on Cost of Living, Defence, Education, Health, Tax and the Economy
- Local councillors
- Senior civic and business leaders
- Policy experts
- Colleagues from the third sector
- Prospective parliamentary candidates
The aim of the conference is to discuss the opportunity that the levelling up agenda presents for our communities.
Tickets are available on a first come, first served basis, so guarantee your place by registering as soon as possible.
As a Party, we always want to express how grateful we are for the support we receive - which is why I’m pleased to announce a discounted rate for all Conservative Party members. Tickets include all refreshments and lunch.
The conference hotel will be the Hilton Garden Inn which is right next to the conference venue (Doncaster Racecourse).
