This will be the first weekend since the easing of restrictions for businesses here in Bury, Ramsbottom and Tottington. They have worked incredibly hard to get everything ready for opening this week and let's get out there and support our local businesses.
This may be an exciting time as we move through the roadmap but I would ask that people continue to follow the rules that are in place.
Also, bear in mind that these businesses and their staff have got to get used to operating under the current restrictions so please be kind and patient if you are out this weekend.
