Bury Conservatives have selected Whitefield resident and local campaigner Jordan Lewis, to stand in the Besses By-election on 19th July.

Jordan lives in Whitefield, where he grew up, going to a local school in Prestwich and Holy Cross College.

He works in Bury, commuting via public transport like many local residents.

Jordan’s family have strong roots in the local area, with his dad growing up on the Hillock Estate.

Jordan commented on his selection saying, “I’m standing in this election because I live locally and I love this area and the amazing communities that make it such a special place to live. I want to work together with all of you to help make Whitefield even better.”
