Our streets should be safe for everyone, day or night. That’s why I’ll fight for our fair share of extra resources from the 20,000 more police being recruited. And we'll give them the tools they need to fight crime. Like more number plate recognition to tackle dangerous and uninsured drivers, better CCTV to keep our public spaces safer and I’ll work with the community to set up new neighbourhood watch schemes.
